what's happening this MONTH?

October 2026

Thanksgiving

We will be closing the studio for the Thanksgiving Weekend, from Saturday October 10 to Monday October 12. There will be no classes on those days.

We wish everyone a restful and restorative weekend, with lots of good food and family time!

Latin America Film Festival

Presented by Sudbury Indie Cinemas and the Art Gallery of Sudbury

From October 15th to 18th, Sudbury Indie Cinema and the Art Gallery of Sudbury is bringing an exciting program of prize-winning and nominated Latin American films to the Greater Sudbury audience. This year their programming is enhanced with a very eclectic multi arts component in which we will be highlighting the connections between Indigenous Peoples from Turtle Island to Abya Yala, the Guna name for the Americas. They will also be showcasing Latino music, dance and visual arts.
